Minutes of Commission meeting held on May 1, 2007.

Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig and James Wettlaufer. Absent: Kathleen McGrory.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. Minutes of Commission Meeting held on April 24, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
We received from the DEP a copy of a letter informing us that Northeast Concept has requested a waiver of the appeals filing fee in the Docket No. 2007-061 and Docket No. 2007-062.
7:30 p.m. George Hammond, Atty. appealed for Peter Tsicoulias of Sturbridge Newbury LLC the Order of Conditions issued to Elias Hannah, DEP File #184-182. Following discussion, motion was made to re-issue the Order of Conditions, deleting the objectionable condition. All were in favor of accepting the motion.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
